Nurul Aini Scandinavian-Minimalist Home
Using a light colour palette that has a soft contrast, this home is decked with lots of whites, greys and wood. This creates a spacious home, yet feels cosy due to the warmth of wood used around the house. We used clean lines when designing all carpentry, and it helps to give the home a sleek and uncluttered finish. Let the pictures do the talking!

Melissa C Koh’s Modern Luxe Home with a Touch of Farmhouse Vibes
To create a luxe home in this 4-bedder condominium, we worked with another neutral palette that isn’t white, black and grey. Instead, we used taupe and gold against the mostly white background to achieve this modern luxe look. The shaker’s style cabinet in the wet and dry kitchen injects that farmhouse feel, which balances off the statement arch from the balcony.

Bob Mubarak’s Colonial-Inspired Black and White Home
For this 4-room HDB bachelor’s pad, the home was designed with 80% white and 15% grey, an adaptable colour palette which is suited for a homeowner who loves to change the style of the home. The black accents were applied through the styling of the home with black accessories and black soft furnishing. The end result, is a crisp and bold black-and-white home!

Syarif and Malaque’s Modern Luxe Home
For someone who loves to cook and entertain, our designs were focused on the kitchen and the living room. We created an open-concept kitchen, using white and marble. The kitchen island flows to the high dining table which gives Malaque ample space to prepare meals, while still being able to entertain her family and guests in the living room. Different marble materials were applied throughout the home with the marble floor tiles, marble backsplash and countertop and also a marble wallpaper as a feature in the living room.

Fauzie Laily’s Monochromatic Bathroom
In a narrow bathroom space, the selection of tiles is extremely important to ensure that the space does not look cluttered. In this bathroom makeover, we removed 3 different tile designs and redesign it with only two tiles – marble and timbre-like tiles. This streamlined the space better and keep the bathroom looking fresh and neat. We also installed new vanity in black and increased Fauzie’s storage space with a storage mirror.

That’s a wrap! We really enjoyed the process of designing and renovating these homes. Do share with us which is your favourite one amongst these different themed houses.
