It has been an adventurous renovation journey with Sia. He managed to gather all our jigsaw puzzle ideas we got from IG, Pinterest, Google, Qanvast, then put them together piece by piece and make it into a complete picture.

Importantly, he is respectful and mindful working within our budget. He gives us space and time to understand the details and cost. We discussed, revised, and finalized the details with the quotation on our 3rd appointment.

We are extremely lucky having had her as our ID, and a friend as we call today. Tina contributed value-added perspectives with her keen eye for design, and gave us the liberty to throw in our thoughts and considered them throughout the conceptualisation process. We then decided to go with CK as we felt very at ease with him
compared to other Ids that we have met. We were busy throughout the entire renovation process but we trusted CK to manage our project for us and he delivered. CK was very detailed and quick to solve issues. He gave honest feedbacks and never once was he pushy. His opinions and feedbacks were professional and we knew he meant well for us.

My advise when shortlisting your ID after taking considerations for price, quotation etc, is to also consider the working relationship that you will have with the chosen ID.

From the 1st meeting to the handover, everything went rather smoothly. He provided thoughtful advice on the interior design of our BTO from planning, execution to completion.

Even when there were hiccups as all Renos do, we felt assured with his accountability to raise the issues promptly with suggested solutions. Often when we needed advice on measurements, colour palate combinations, etc, and he was also very responsible to our queries.

Timeline was provided by him, followed up pretty closely, which eventually led to a handover happening 2 weeks earlier than expected.
