How do I become a member of Tidplus Design?

We can’t wait for you to welcome you to our family! Once you have used our renovation services, you automatically qualify to become a member and are able to enjoy exclusive perks.

How do I check my membership status?

If you are a member of Tidplus Design, there will be an email notification sent to you upon completion of your project. This email entails membership details and also provides the login for you to check. You may wish to amend any account details here as well.

Is there an expiry?

The membership is lifetime and there is no expiry date.

What is my membership user ID?

Your membership user ID will be your NRIC. Your password will be pre-set by you when you first login. If you forget your password, kindly click here to reset it.

Rewards

How do I earn rewards?

Whenever you successfully refer a friend and they have finished their works, you will be rewarded with loyalty points which can be used to redeem attractive gifts! For every $1,000 spent, you will be rewarded with 10 points.

How do I refer?

Kindly fill up the form here and submit to enquiries@tidplusdesign.com.sg. Please note that we will be contacting your referee for verification purposes.

What kind of rewards is Tidplus Design offering?

The more points accumulated, the more attractive the rewards are! Our rewards page is here. As for the referee, they will be rewarded with a $50 castlery voucher.
