Tidplus Design Celebrates 19th Birthday with the Relaunch of the Joo Chiat Showroom
On Saturday, 13th May 2023, just a day after we celebrated our 19th Birthday, we welcomed guests to celebrate the relaunch of our Joo Chiat Showroom. Launched in 2018, the Joo Chiat showroom is our second showroom and has served many customers in this double-volume space.
Five years on, we wanted to showcase a new look to the space, and what better way to unveil the new look than during our birthday month?
The layout of the living room is sleek and clean with linear and defined edges. When arches are introduced to the space, they become a focal point of the home. On top of that, the arches help soften the space and draw our eyes up to create an illusion of a higher ceiling.
The event was graced by celebrities whom we had the opportunity to work with in the past, such as Nurul Aini, Syarif, Malaque, Fauzie, and Nurulhuda. We also welcomed influencers Yina Goh, Evonne Ng, Tricia Ong, Jason Lim and Bob Mubarak. We invited some of our past clients to share with them the new look of the space and to thank them for their support with a delectable spread of food and activities during the event.
As it was also Mother’s Day weekend, our guests were treated to the lush blooms from Bliss Flower Boutique. The guests get to pick their favourite flowers and have the florist put them together in a vase for them to take home. The flower bar was so popular that soon enough a long queue began to form.
We were also lucky to have Shermane Chua from Bliss Flower Boutique to demonstrate a quick vase arrangement with our guests who were excited to try it out at home with the flowers that they received from the event.
We also treated our guests to a free flow of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate from the kind people from Kafve. The wafting scent of the roasted coffee beans and hot chocolate creates a warm celebratory atmosphere as guests mingle and take a tour around our newly renovated showroom.
The event was a roaring success and we could not have celebrated our 19th birthday any better than this. We followed up the event with a three-day special the following week where our homeowners get to enjoy special privileges and perks to conclude our celebration.
