I worked with Sia to develop my apartment, which was inbuilt with furnitures and electronics. The challenge here is to build more storages that are practical yet stylish and it has to match my current layout and design by the developer.
What I enjoyed most was the solutions rendered were very cost saving and Sia is able to value add by giving me his inputs for each trending designs, features for the pro and con. The discussion was very fruitful and we could decide on our choices so quickly. We were very assured that our home is in good hands.
Not forgetting, the mad rush for our timeline and to coordinate our external vendor for other miscellaneous reno-work, Sia works out the timetable well.

after waiting for our home for a long time due to Covid delay. There’s so many good things to say about him!
First and foremost, our first consultation with him was a positive one. Sia, our ID, was super patient (revising through quotations thrice because we told him that we had a certain budget and at the same time we want a house that we have alwys dream of) Though we know with our budget, it can be quite unrealistic. But this wonderful man here turn our dream into a reality.
Timeline was on time. We got updates about the house renovation here and there. Most importantly he had good rapport with the suppliers which personally i find that really a bonus when comes to meeting the deadline.
The renovation journey with Sia of course takes 2 hands to clap. There are times Sia forget some things but we reminded him and i would say in a renovation journey, it is really a teamwork to make it happen.

We really like their design ideas and when we started searching for ID, we did the due diligence, met up with several ID companies and eventually decided on TidPlus because their design concept and price points suited us best.
Our ID, Sia, oversaw the renovation smoothly. He gave us frequent and timely updates along each step of the renovation process.
